Cooking: Roasted Asparagus

During the winter, I try very hard to infuse summer flavor in every dish. Roasting asparagus is an easy dish that pumps up the flavor.

Clean and cut the asparagus to remove the woody part.

  1. Yummy! I want to start growing asparagus. I read that it takes several years from planting to harvest. My mom grew it. I enjoyed harvesting it.
