Outback’s Wedge Salad

Outback has the most delicious wedge salad and I seriously fell in love with it. Well, I knew I could make it at home. You cannot believe how easy it is to make. 



First, quarter freshly washed iceberg lettuce. Next, add chopped bacon, red onion and quartered grape tomatoes. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad, sparingly.

Lastly, spoon blue cheese dressing over the salad. Again, I would go sparingly.

  2. Couldn't agree more with you on this salad. It is so good and sadly I've never made it at home. I need to pick up some balsamic glaze and get moving.

  3. I like my salads to be a little heavier on the veggies but for some reason I always crave/order something like that when I'm at a steak house... it's a rare treat but so yum! :)
