Menu: Week Ending May 20th


My son in law has finished the big kitchen projects and he has done a fabulous job. I have plenty of painting to do before I can show you the transformation but it is beautiful.

We are also taking some time to enjoy each other. My husband is home for a little while. He has been laid off but will get back to work soon, I am sure.

Meanwhile, we are going to stop this week and smell the roses. He has been in New Mexico almost three years. He may be in North Carolina soon for several years so it is time to enjoy each other for a couple days.

So this menu is not about working in the kitchen but having fun…
